Size 42R US Wool Officer Tunic

I'm looking for a size 42R (US) German Officer tunic. (no insignia preferred). Hessen is out at the moment.

I'm not a huge fan of Gavin sizing, his quality is there but his sizes are a tad off. I'm not aware of any others. Underwood doesn't seem to be taking on any new projects.
