Moutain tent - meanwhile 3 years late........!
Well 3 years is a long enough time to wait for a tent but now we are there.
We have at last gone into production of the kleine Gebirgsnachrichtenzelt – our German two man mountain tent. Sorry the picture isn't the most exciting but funny enough it is to me as it means a lot to get back to this stage
Anyhow, we will have them before the W&P so happy days.
Will post some more as we go.! This is the sides of the tent.
Best wishes,
Jack.

Hi guys,
Don't worry about the colour as the UV lights kind of play tricks on your eyes but there is the tent (without the flysheet on or corner poles). This one is just off to the States next week!
So after three years, happy flipping days and thanks to everyone for sticking by us - we are nearly there!!!!

Strange that they no longer make them, given their three year initial project, plus the fact that they'll now have plans/notes/fittings & the like to make them; seems daft not to make to order when required - or even make up small batches of two or three once enough orders come in.funker50 wrote:I asked them/him middle of this year and they said 'no' unfortunately shame as I'm after one myself!

Not strange at all.
The story is they stopped paying their contractors, the people who made them for them.
So they stopped making them for Pathfinder.
The man who made the tents for Pathfinder still makes tents.
