Interesting - looks like a Prinz Eugen issued tag , but " Partisan Jäger " is unusual - can I ask where you got it ?

Two more photos from Kaltenegger's book, in which no unit information is given.
If these were dated, it could be easier to determine if the men in question were from the 7th or 13th.
