Tunic/Field blouse question

Post by Willi Heydrich »

Morgen,

Which ones do you prefer: the earlier tunics or the ´44 field blouse? Do you think the earlier versions look more "German"?

Also, are SS-troops supposed to wear brown shirts under them, even in late war scenarios?

44 s are very late war, your better of getting a tunic that covers a greater time period first, then add in earl/late stuff when youve got all your standard kit ( 44s are prety crap anyway). no you dont want a brown shirt, you want grey-green normal style.

M43 is good but M40 is easier to get as those mady by Sturm are quite OK and not very expensive. The Sturm M43 is WH cut, ie six buttons and so on.
