M39 Jackboot Question

Post by dorfmann »

I have recently aquired a pair of m39 Jackboots with the Swede front section.
Can anyone tell me the best way to prep and maintain these boots?

Being from the north of ireland it tends to be quite wet so i am keen to protect these from the elements as best as i can.

So any help would be appreciated

You could use Lederfett, got a 1000 ml black lederfett tub from http://www.jotti.de/ for 21.35 euro delivered to my door, The Lederfett will soften and waterproof your boots you can use it on the leather sole but no too often Jan Berger recomendes boiled linseed oil or Lederfett from time to time

I emailed Bianca at Jotti vertrieb@jotti.de she was very helpfull

Hope this helps
