I got the Charkov parka from Barry years ago and he seems, at that time, to have produced from pictures without understanding the details. For example the flap on the front to counter-button for wind protection is simply buttoned the wrong way as it appears on pictures if you dont know what it is and what for. But that is correct now.
At that time he produced it with white sheepskin inside, I am mainly wearing it privately (not n duty that is ; - ) and I get a lot of comments how nice it is! Yes it really is nice! Warm and comfortable!
One thing you should be aware of, is that the Charkov parka was designed for COLD weather, not for WET weather. It soaks in rain and is no use -I live in England, so think about your local climate.
All in all: I love it and I dont want to miss it!
