Post by jdeleur »

This topic is for identifying Japanese helmets.

Starting with a firefighter helmet from the WWII era.

the civil defense helmets came in a couple of different styles. they were just a cheaper version of the combat helmets.

The tankers helmet is the standard warm weather tanker helmet. there was also the cold weather version which had fur lining anf the extreme cold weather version which had an even thicker lining.

The pith helmet i think may be an un-issued original.

couple of my helmets.

a standard infantry model helmet with helemt net in the rarer large size

and a civil defense helmet with emblem on the front

its the sort of helmet that would be issued to people in factories or schools so it would be the emblem of who ever the person worked for
