Repro staff tents are coming!

Hi all,
Pathfinder Distribution (
http://www.pathfinderdistribution.com/) will soon have reproductions of the Große stabszelt available for sale in the UK. I've assisted Jack with getting these sorted out, and these are looking to be excellent high quality copies. The colour is matched with an original. The images below are of the
prototype and may be slightly adjusted.
Edit: These are now on Pathfinder's website!
I'm not getting anything from the sales, I am merely passing along the news!

That is excellent news! I was looking at bringing one in from the US until the exchange rate nosedived

couldn't agree more stig. Zelts are the thing
BUT if you are doing officer, I guess you'd need one. and some servants.

On my monitor it looks a bit pink. Perhaps thats just the photos?

It is a tan colour - it doesn't photograph well (mine come out pinkish in the right/wrong light!).

I think they look great... and cheaper at the moment when compared to shipping one in from Tentsmiths in the US. They have there place as a Staff Tent or Funker Tent..... although I still like sleeping in my Zeltbahn.
Dave is the quality comparible?

I've not seen them yet - these pictures were taken at the manufacturers premises. Jack should have them soon I think, but if his US small wall tents are anything to go by, they will be of comparable quality.

Down that path lies many nights of dripping water and malcontent. Use only special canvas paint and then not on mine first.

anyway, its made in the uk? it would get my vote just for that!
