The tarnsoldbuch (fake version) was factually correct but gave the bearers unit, normally as a r...

Unionmilitaria.com

Anyone have any experiences of this dealer? I'm looking at the officers uniforms mainly. I'd be keen to hear thoughts on:
- reliability
- quality
- communications
- fit

Thanks

Festungs Hafenschloß, Guernsey

Back in early May this year 18 of us went over the Cornet Castle on Guernsey to portray the Garrison there. We were joined by a few guys from the Island (4 Germans and 7 Brits).

Re: Rubber gasket for German drinks container list

I used 2 seals glues together off a couple of old Kilner jars on all of mine - one of them is the right diameter.

I've got a restoration project Moskvich 400 I'm looking to sell on as I'm not going to have time to sort it - I'll put a full for sale ad in later, but PM me for details.

Just what I needed to help with my idea of camouflaging my tent. Do you have any more pictures. ?
one question - whats the blue square piece in the bottom corner?
It's where the previous owner put duct tape over a patch of canvas that had been eaten by mice.

I've now got 11 original tents, all are of the same tan canvas colour, dated from 1937 through to 1943 apart from 2 tropical tents which are a darker shade/light brown colour.

Re: Powering equipment in the field

What radio is it as this will dictate the power supply. For example, the Torn Eb and Fud2 (the most popular repro sets amongst groups) used a 2V wet cell (the 2B38 one you have posted) and a 90V anode dry plate cell. Larger sets needed dynamotors, which could run off batteries but were usually vehic...
