Company level paperwork?
I'm trying to get together a basic company clerk's display for the corner of the barracks at my next event. Obviously I'm not going to be able to make it completely exhaustive, but I'd at least like to start with a suitable vignette with the basic office supplies and some strategically placed paperw...

Re: Private Purchase Braces?
It's simple Dave, they didn't issue those cool "Mork" style suspenders.

Black & white non-photo image of an Infantry Assault Badge?
I'm trying to track down a nice black and white image of an Infantry Assault Badge to use on some repro paperwork I'm working on. Does anyone have a decent image of a period rendering of one (not a photograph), perhaps from a postcard or something along those lines?

Re: religion in SS soldbuch
I know they used "gottlos" (atheist) and "gottglaubig" (basically agnostic or deist) in Heer books, and I'd imagine the same terms crossed over into SS usage.

My unsolicited two cents... Keep him away from events were there may be media present. Seems like fodder for a really nasty "Weekend Nazi" press hack job.

SS Soldbuch guides?
Does anyone know of any good references (websites or otherwise) to help me figure out how the heck to fill out an SS Soldbuch? I've gotten the hang of Heer Soldbucher at this point, and a friend just asked me to step out of my comfort zone. I'm drawing a zero on Google.

Re: Infantry Assault Badge
What I'm thinking of right now is how many tunics left the factory with these loops later on in the war? What about the awards that were awarded in battle, so the recipient could wear them at a parade? (wound badges etc?) Surely the logical outcome would be if you got an award that there wasn't loo...
