It is an original shell that had a post war paint job and a friend of mine repainted it. How it looks is what it looked like when i got it back from him. I have another shell that i am going to give him to repaint and put an SS decal on.

well late war look not an actual late war production (my mistake). with the beat up scratched out decal (as per orders. some followed some did not)

Chicken Wire
Hey All I want to put chicken wire on my helmet and coming across the chicken wire isnt the delema i have. I want to make it a halfbasket but i dont know what to use as the solid bar that goes around that the chicken wire attaches to and then what to use to attach it all to the helmet. Thanks.
