Re: You Know You've Got It Wrong When....

Re: MP44 custom job

If the gun is wrong for a display, I wonder if it would it look any better being carried by a skinny 20 yr old with a worn uniform rather than the average run of the mill reenactor.

Re: MP44 custom job

I was also thinking i might have over rubbed it ? What made me do it was having spent a lot of time researching the gun, the majority of them appeared to be roughly finished / blued, I think you have fucked a nicely finished gun. Instead of looking like a newly issued gun, as it would look in 1944,...

Re: Show us you!

I don't see the conection of captured weapons/kit and dot used with jack boots? It's not the same thing. I can only assume you havent been following the thread, and though you would just reply to the last post, hence why you cant see the connection. Jack boots where a standard isssue item, although...

They might have come across captured kit or even been issued stock from occupied countries. The arguments about weapons seen at re-enactment even...

Re: Show us you!

Might not look as nice as low boots but it certainly can't be called incorrect. well thats true, its not incorrect, but no really accurate either. But then again, have you ever seen pic...
