I think I have got one. It is coded "cme" for Wichmann, Gebr., Zeichengeraete, Vermessungs-Jnstrumente, Berlin. The code is in a detachable metallic ruler. I say "I think" because I guess there were some models. Mine is for artillery IIRC.

Btw, don't count the German decorations as a proof of Blue Division courage. They were alloted in batches by the German authorities and distributed by the Division command. An original shield in mint condition may cost more than 400 EUR and you are lucky if you find it for 300 EUR (I did a few years ago).
